As the needs of our growing business have matured, we have addressed improving our Health & Safety culture through a new fully co-ordinated and aligned safety leadership programme. 

This is supported by the introduction of Safe Safer Sisk, to provide clarity and promote a culture of safety. Reinforced by Our Quality DNA which underpins quality management systems across the business. In addition, to complement this we have launched three new Sisk workshops which align with our Behavioural Standards to enhance engagement.

Away from physical safety we also believe that creating a supportive, inclusive workplace begins with prioritising the mental well-being of our people. Our Mental Health Peer Support Programme provides a network of trained colleagues who are there to listen, support, and signpost for their peers to intervene when it’s needed most. We are committed to fostering a culture where talking about mental health is encouraged and help is always accessible.
