Students & Graduates

We hire students and graduates, helping them navigate their career and gain international experience.

Each year we recruit a number of placement/internships and graduates to join our successful team.
We typically open for applications for graduate roles in September each year and close applications at the end of December. For placement/internship roles applications are opened in October and close at the end of December.

We review applications throughout the application window and will then contact successful applicants to take the next stage of our process – psychometric testing. These typically take about 1 hour to complete.

Following this, successful applicants will be invited to one of our half-day assessment centres at one of our offices in the UK or Ireland, dependant on where you would like to be based.

Assessment centres for graduates are held in December and January and in February for placements and internships.

Following this, offers will be made to the successful candidates.

If any reasonable adjustments are required as part of the recruitment process, then there is an opportunity to state this on our application form. We will then arrange the online testing and assessment centres accordingly.
