Creating a state-of-the-art life sciences facility
The project is to create 600 construction jobs over the course of the build, with a view to having the first phase of the development operational by the third quarter of 2027.
It’s expected that around 100 science, engineering, and technology roles are also expected to be created with the facility.
Piperack Installation
In April 2025, three piperack modules were installed each weighing 28.5 tonnes and spanning 19.5 meters in length, almost five meters wide and 3.65 meters in height were installed safely and ahead of schedule. This operation involved complex logistics, a tandem lift and dedicated crews to complete successfully.
