Scope of Works
The project involved the restoration of existing courtyard buildings, construction of a new Orientation Centre, Seed Café, Pavilion building, kitchen, new exit road, overflow carpark, wastewater treatment plant, extensive landscaping works and the construction of a unique tree top tower and walkway.

Glulam Beams
The beams were manufactured using 100 percent Irish Sitka Spruce, sustainably sourced from Coillte. This is the first ever structure manufactured with Irish Glulam, a versatile and low carbon option.
