The building works saw the delivery of the bet365 new data centre and headquarters. With the need for greater storage capacity being paramount to bet365, the data centre provides approximately 1,000m2 of white space, sharing up to 1MW of IT UPS (Critical Power).
The building has two atriums centrally located at either end of the building. verall, the structure is based around a regular steel grid pattern of three spans, two outer 18m spans and a central 14m one.
