The development features seven residential towers set on a podium slab, with a 91-space coach park beneath. Providing 743 high-quality apartments, from studios to three-bedroom homes, it was designed to create a modern, connected community.
The brick and glass facade blends seamlessly with the surrounding architecture, while the CFA/Rotary piles and in-situ concrete frame provide a robust structural foundation. To enhance efficiency and safety, prefabricated bathroom pods were used, streamlining construction.
Sustainability was embedded into the project, with a smart waste system used throughout construction, including an environmental site monitoring and reporting tool. The site also features an innovative underground waste and recycling system, which transports materials via tunnels at 70kph to a central collection hub on the edge of Wembley Park.
Of the 743 homes, 303 are London Housing Bank units, rented at no more than 80% of market value, in line with London Plan affordability thresholds. The development also includes dedicated work-from-home spaces, landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, and a community rooftop, fostering a vibrant and inclusive living environment.
