The scheme includes a mix of one‑, two‑ and three‑bed apartments supported by more than 500m² of premium resident amenities such as a gym, media room, workspaces, concierge services and relaxation areas.
A strong focus on Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) underpinned the project’s efficiency and quality. Precast twin‑wall panels, Omnia slabs, prefabricated pods, balconies and offsite risers accelerated delivery, improved safety and reduced defects. Soil stabilisation provided a major value‑engineering win, cutting foundation costs by approximately 50% while streamlining the programme.
The project achieved LEED Gold and WIRED Score certification, supported by renewable energy integration, high‑performance building systems, and a 95.68% construction waste recycling rate. Extensive collaboration with the client and design team ensured early delivery of key blocks, with practical completion achieved ahead of schedule.
Belmayne P4 also became the first project in the business to implement Dalux FM, transforming post‑handover care through real‑time issue tracking and full audit trails. This digital approach has since been adopted across the wider residential portfolio.
Delivered with zero lost‑time incidents and exceptional community engagement, the development now provides residents with a sustainable, well‑connected and amenity‑rich living environment, setting a new benchmark for quality and innovation in large‑scale residential construction.
