The clip-on balcony system deployed for the first time on this scheme, further reduced onsite activity and improved safety and quality. These MMC elements collectively accelerated envelope completion, with cladding progressing at one floor per week, reducing temporary works, programme duration and associated carbon emissions.

We utilised offsite prefabricated riser units. By prefabricating the risers, we saved time on man-hours, reduced waste and sped up the installation time. For example, on one of the blocks at our NE02/NE03 project, we installed four risers, level 1-26 in just five days.

Across a 20-year relationship, Sisk has completed approximately £1.17 billion of construction for Quintain, delivering 2,991 apartments and contributing significantly to the estate’s evolution.

This is the first Quintain project to benefit from their embodied carbon construction targets, building on Wembley Park’s enduring reputation as one of London’s leading case studies of urban transformation success, after being named in The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Live 2025.
