This project delivered a complete transformation of PwC’s offices across three floors, modernising both the workplace and the wider building infrastructure. Works extended beyond the tenant areas to include lift lobby and WC upgrades, full window replacement, a new double‑height façade, and major mechanical and electrical (M&E) enhancements.
The new fit out introduced modern, flexible workspaces tailored to PwC’s operational needs. Key elements included:
- New partitions and premium glazed systems
- Updated floor finishes and integrated IT infrastructure
- Bespoke joinery, including a custom reception desk, tea points, cabinetry, and feature ceilings All joinery was produced using sustainably sourced materials.
The completed project delivers a modern, energy‑efficient, and future‑ready workplace that combines high‑quality design with strong environmental performance.
