The Bower is a landmark quarter in Old Street London offering 323,000 sq feet of contemporary workspace across three buildings.
The landmark development was sustainable and low-carbon, maximising the use of the existing building and eliminating waste.
100% of timber was sustainably sourced and 2000 tonnes of construction waste was diverted from landfill. The Tower’s energy performance is over 50% better than the current Better Buildings Partnership Real Estate Environmental Benchmarks and is already below the UKGBC’s target energy consumption rating for 2030-35.
