Vantage Data Centres DUB1 Campus, Dublin

We are delivering the first two phases of Vantage Data Centres' DUB1 campus

Vantage Dub 1

Located on 22 acres in Profile Park, the state-of-the-art Data Centre campus will consist of one 32MW facility and one 20MW facility

Size/Area52MW capacity

We are constructing the initial phases of Vantage Data Centres' innovative site to the west of Dublin. The two storey facilities will ultimately house 52MW of critical IT load and include additional amenities including office space, conference rooms, break out rooms and more.

MEP Self-Delivery                                                                                                                We collaborated with Sensori, part of the Sisk Group of Companies from the early pre-construction stages, providing support for the installation of logistics infrastructure and site-wide M&E setup across the campus.

Following the successful delivery of the initial phase, Sensori was subsequently appointed to undertake the full project scope, encompassing the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, as well as Security, Data, and the Building Management System (BMS), across two Multi-Fuel Generation Plant (MFGP) buildings and a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

The key to the successful execution of this complex scope was between Sisk and Sensori, operating as a unified team. Our integrated approach, combined with the expertise and experience of both organisations, ensured that the project was deliverd to the highest standards.

The campus is being built in alignment with Vantage’s sustainable blueprint. The DUB1 campus will include an on site 100MVA multi fuel generation plant capable of running a combination of fuels, primarily Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO). There will also be hyper-efficient cooling using minimal water and other features such as drough-resistant landscaping.

Zero Plastic to Landfill

We became the first construction company in Ireland to achieve a Zero Plastic to Landfill Certification at DUB1 Campus.

We have recycled 5.6 tonnes of soft plastics, two tonnes of polystyrene and 6.6 tonnes of cardboard since January 2024 and led this initiative in conjunction with waste contractors, Thorntons, Waste Matters and our supply chain partner, Kirbys

Responsible Plastic Management Programme

We were recognised by the Responsible Plastic Management Programme (RPM) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065, with Sisk meeting the requirements of Zero Plastic to Landfill.

The certification includes third-party auditing of the site and ultimately how plastic coming from the project is managed at its waste contractors, ensuring that the plastic does not end up in landfill.
