Ronan Maxwell, Project Director, Sisk said: “We were delighted to see 2-4 Wilton Park win in the Commercial category against stiff competition. Collaboration and teamwork were fundamental to the project’s success, from our own people, supply chain partners, designers and ultimately our client, IPUT Real Estate Dublin. He added: “The quality of the end product is there for all to see. There’s pride when you walk through Wilton Park and the development in that part of town and it’s a joy to see and nice to be recognised by our industry peers.”

Seamus O’Brien, Pre-Construction Manager, Sisk said: “As a team, it’s great to see Dunkettle win and be recognised. A big thank you to our supply chain, designers and our client Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII). Delivered over four years, Sustainability was a key feature of the success of the project. We managed a lot of environmental issues and embedded social value into the project. In terms of Stakeholder management, it was managed very well with a lot of consideration given throughout the entire construction process.”

Tom Wall, Managing Director, Life Sciences, Sisk said: “It’s fantastic to win this award for our Pfizer project, the big thing for me was youth within the team, along with collaboration and innovation which has ultimately helped us deliver an outstanding project.”

Further information

Dunkettle Interchange

The Dunkettle Interchange is the junction of four national roads, the M8 Cork – Dublin Motorway, the N25 Cork – Waterford / Rosslare route, the N40 Cork South Ring Road and the N8 Dunkettle – Cork City National Route. The project has delivered 18 new road links totalling 10km in length; seven new bridge structures as well as upgrade works on five pre-existing structures; and upgrades and resurfacing works to the N25 road between Tivoli Roundabout and the Little Island Interchange.

Pfizer RCMF

Delivering this project successfully was down to the alignment of the Sisk construction team and their supply chain with Pfizer core values and objectives. We understood that the patient lies at the heart of everything Pfizer does, and we created a safe and open culture that brought out the best in every person that worked on the project.

Two-Four Wilton Park

2-4 Wilton Park is a commercial development built by Sisk for IPUT in Dublin City Centre. The development consisted of 450,000sq foot of office space, extensive landscaping works to the public realm and the restoration of a one acre park. This project was more than just the construction of a physical structure, it represented a platform for enhancing the lives of the people who worked and lived in this small corner of Dublin.
